Our largest owner, Toten Transport AS, has a new ownership structure. Toten Transport has been sold to a newly formed company that will be owned 70 percent by Litra AS, LRN Transport AS, Gausdal Landhandleri AS and Surnadal Transport AS.

Through this ownership structure, Toten Transport will be part of an ownership group with a significant size and with a total turnover of up to the equivalent of approximately NOK 2.4 billion (€ 240M).

Toten Transport will thus continue to be a strong Norwegian player with headquarters in Raufoss, Norway, but is now better equipped to take up the fight with the large international companies in an increasingly demanding market.
